Live pig farming, slaughtering, and processing
To achieve green and large-scale industrial development, and to build a comprehensive, full-chain network layout, the group is strategically shifting its hog slaughtering and processing operations from Jinan, Shandong, to Liaocheng, a major hog-producing region in Shandong. The company has established an industry development model centered on "leading enterprises driving base-level operations, with bases connecting individual farmers," while simultaneously setting up its own hog-breeding and slaughtering/processing facilities—ensuring, right from the source, the safety and reliability of pork raw materials.
Currently, it has an annual slaughtering and processing capacity of 3 million pigs, along with the ability to produce and process 50,000 tons of meat products, 20,000 tons of frozen foods, and 10,000 tons each of edible oil and blood products annually.
The slaughter and processing facility has successfully obtained the national ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Certification. It employs an advanced "two-stage" rapid pre-cooling and acid drainage process, resulting in pork products that boast superior taste and enhanced nutritional value. The facility has been recognized as a National-Level Demonstration Unit for Standardized Construction of Pig Slaughterhouses and has also been designated as the Full-Chain Healthy Meat Trial Base under the National Innovation Center for Livestock and Poultry Slaughter Quality Standards. The "Welcome" brand of frozen and chilled pork products has earned prestigious accolades such as "China Famous Brand," "Consumer-Trusted Product," and "Shandong Famous Brand," and is now distributed across more than 20 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions throughout China.
