There are 12 large low-temperature cold storage facilities with a cold storage capacity of 360,000 tons; 3 trading halls, nearly 2,000 dealers, and more than 20,000 employees. A meat food processing industrial park has been built in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, covering an area of more than 100,000 square meters, covering pig slaughtering and processing; deep processing of meat products; prefabricated dishes, processed food processing; blood products, refined edible oil processing; frozen noodles and rice products and other industrial sectors.

To achieve green and large-scale industrial development, and to build a comprehensive, full-chain network layout, the group is strategically shifting its hog slaughtering and processing operations from Jinan, Shandong, to Liaocheng, a major hog-producing region in Shandong. The company has established an industry development model characterized by "leading enterprises driving bases, with bases connecting farmers," and has set up its own hog-breeding, slaughtering, and processing facilities—ensuring, right from the source, the safety and reliability of pork raw materials.

Shandong Kangwei Food Testing Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested by Welcome Group with more than 50 million yuan. The company has passed the qualification review of the national quality and technical supervision department and obtained the CMA certificate for food testing institutions. It is the first in the country to set up a third-party food testing institution specifically for agricultural product wholesale markets.
