On the afternoon of November 4, the launch ceremony for the "Sharing a Big Market—Exporting to China" series of events, part of the 8th China International Import Expo, was held at the Shanghai World Lounge. Premier Li Qiang of the State Council attended and officially announced the start of the event. Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao delivered a speech at the ceremony.
